The National Women's Commission is introducing a new Victim's Complaint Mechanism to empower gender-based violence victims to be able to report when they have experienced dis-satisfactory support services from government and social sector entities. Eleanor Murillo, Program Officer with the National Women's Commission, explained how the mechanism will work to improve services/response to this vulnerable population.
